Questions, answered

Is the public API still free?

Yes — live figures and the published index stay free with credit and data age; a licence adds the hourly rows, history, cuts and a contact.

Can a licence change a ranking or a score?

No — rankings come from measured cost and scores from sourced facts; both are unit-tested to ignore commercial status.

How is billing done?

Invoice from OptiRisk Consulting e.U., Vienna, prices net of VAT: monthly and cancel monthly, or one year in advance for ten monthly prices; no card, no self-serve checkout yet.

What does a custom cut look like?

A dated table or chart answering one question, computed from the same rows as the public index, delivered as CSV and PNG.

What is in the sample?

Seven days of hourly $1,000 and €1,000 buy measurements on dollar and euro books (16–22 Aug 2026), same columns as a licence export.

Start with a sample: email hello@skontro.com with subject “Data licence” and your question — one free cut, then the invoice.
