True cost · Uniswap · ranked by what you actually receive

The cheapest way to buy Uniswap in 2026, measured.

“Cheapest exchange for Uniswap” has no honest static answer — the real cost is the published fee plus the spread your order crosses in the live orderbook, and both move. So instead of quoting fee tables, this page embeds an actual measurement: a €1,000 UNI buy, priced across every covered venue, ranked by the UNI that lands in your account.

At this measurement (2026-07-29 07:48 UTC), the cheapest live-orderbook venue for a €1,000 Uniswap buy was OKX, delivering 298.6547 UNI after fee and measured orderbook spread €12.50 less total cost than the most expensive live-measured venue. Market conditions and order size change the answer; the live comparison recomputes your exact trade.

List-price estimate — no public orderbook · €1,000 UNI buy

Bitpanda doesn't expose a live public orderbook — cost is modelled from the published list-price premium against the market reference, not measured from live fills. These figures are an estimate and are presented separately from the live measurements above.

01

Why the fee page isn’t the whole story.

A “0.10% fee” on a €1,000 Uniswaporder is one euro. The spread between the reference price and the orderbook levels your order actually consumes can be several times that — and it grows with order size, especially in thin books. A “0% fee” venue can still be the most expensive place to buy UNI once the spread is counted.

That spread appears on no fee page, which is why this page ranks venues by the one number that can’t hide anything: the UNI you actually receive. The full anatomy of these costs — advertised fee, hidden spread, withdrawal, convert markup — is in our hidden-fees guide.

02

Withdrawal adds to the bill.

Withdrawal fees for Uniswapare not in our curated dataset — our verified withdrawal coverage is currently Bitcoin and Ethereum (native chains, plus a few verified Arbitrum rows for ETH), and we’d rather say so than quote a number we haven’t verified. Check the venue’s own fee page before moving UNI. For the assets we do cover, see the withdrawal-fee table and the Move check.

03

How we measure this.

We walk each venue’s public live orderbook for the exact order size, add the published base-tier fee, and rank by the one number that can’t lie: the UNI you actually receive. Venues without fresh data are omitted, never invented; venues without a public orderbook are marked “list price · not live”. The Reliability Score shown next to costs is a sourced, dated record — it is display context, never part of the cost ranking.

The ranking is always cost- and data-based, never moved by affiliate relationships: where a link earns a disclosed commission it is labelled, and the commission never changes a number or a position. The full methodology.

Recompute it live

This page is a snapshot with a timestamp. The live comparison reprices a Uniswap buy at your order size continuously — fee, measured spread, and an optional withdrawal toggle — without a login.

Questions, answered

01

What is the cheapest exchange to buy Uniswap?

At the most recent measurement (2026-07-29 07:48 UTC), the cheapest live-orderbook venue for a €1,000 Uniswap buy was OKX, delivering 298.6547 UNI after fee and measured orderbook spread. The answer changes with market conditions and order size — the live comparison at skontro.com/true-cost/uni recomputes it in real time.

02

What are the fees for buying Uniswap?

At the most recent measurement (2026-07-29 07:48 UTC), the cheapest live-orderbook venues for a €1,000 Uniswap buy were OKX (published taker fee 0.10%), Kraken (published taker fee 0.40%), Coinbase (published taker fee 1.20%). The published fee is only part of the bill — the spread your order crosses in the live orderbook is the part no fee page shows, which is why the ranking uses the measured all-in cost. Full live breakdown at skontro.com/true-cost/uni.

03

Does the withdrawal fee affect the ranking?

Not in the snapshot on this page — it ranks by trading cost only (published fee plus measured spread). The live True-Cost tool has an "include withdrawal" toggle that adds each venue’s published withdrawal fee to the total, which can reshuffle the ranking. Our curated withdrawal dataset does not yet include UNI, so withdrawal costs are not part of any total here — check the venue’s own fee page before moving coins.

Some venue links are affiliate links. Skontro earns a commission from the linked platform at no extra cost to you. Ranking is never influenced by affiliate payout. Ranking is always by the measured result of the trade — what you actually receive — never by affiliate relationship.

Not investment advice. Skontro is not a CASP under MiCAR. Market data from public exchange orderbooks; EUR reference via CoinGecko. Live measurements carry their data age; curated fees carry their verification date.
